SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300 for Full Year Contract
$300 for Summer or Semester Contract
The security deposit is separate from the rent. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the year if your apartment is left clean and in good repair (less $100 for Year contracts and $60 for Semester/Summer contracts, retained for cleaning carpets and couches)
Apartment reservations are determined by the date of the application and receipt of the deposit. Contracts and rent information will be sent after the application and deposit are received. Tenants who have paid in full will have first choice of apartments. Room assignments will be made about two weeks before school starts.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations after July 1st will result in loss of deposit. After July 1st the student is responsible and liable for his/her signed contract application. Should the student fail to find a replacement, the student will forfeit all paid rent, and is liable and financially responsible for full terms of signed contract application.
